This is fine, but can you please try to make sure that things are posted into the correct category? Use the &#8216;Questions&#8217; category for questions, or the &#8216;Members&#8217; category if you&#8217;re not sure. I&#8217;ll create new categories as required.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Was wondering if anyone could post up sum good small tips here for strengthening parts of the body?<br />
Like&#8230;. appart from practising kicks/jumps/forms.<br />
Such as makeing the fingers stronger by doing that &#8216;digging them into a pot of sand over and over again&#8217; thing&#8230;.  Anything along those lines. Nothing too dangerous like hanging yourself to make your neck stronger T_T&#8230;</p>
